Provision of Services
Ovonoro provides custom AI automation development and consulting services on a project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Ovonoro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables produced under their project. Ovonoro retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed during projects.
